The Trullo Carrubo is the original trullo in the property and dates back to the late 1700s. The restoration of the trullo started in 1990 to integrate modern-day comforts while preserving its unique character and architectural elements. It can accommodate six people comfortably in a living area with two single pullout beds (divano letto), one bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway bathroom, a washing machine tucked in near the living area, and a separate bedroom with bunk beds for two people with a private bathroom.
In addition, the fully equipped kitchen has a four-gas burner stove, a full sized refrigerator, and a pantry. The unit has its own outdoor dining area, an toutdoor grill (wood and utensils are provided for outdoor grilling), and an outdoor sink.

Trullo Fichi d’India is the newly renovated Lamia which was turned into a three-room limestone trullo. The trullo can comfortably accommodate four to five people with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area has a pullout bed (un divano letto), the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and fully functioning heating system as well as air conditioning, and the other bedroom has two single bunk beds and an electric fan. A hallway air condition covers the small bedroom and the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has a four-gas burner stove, a full sized refrigerator, a pantry, and a washing machine.
