Trullo Fichi d’India is the newly renovated Lamia which was turned into a three-room limestone trullo.  The trullo can comfortably accommodate four to five people with two bedrooms  and a bathroom.  The living area has a pullout bed (un divano letto), the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and fully functioning heating system as well as air conditioning, and the other bedroom has two single bunk beds and an electric fan.  A hallway air condition covers the small bedroom and  the living area.  The fully equipped kitchen has a four-gas burner stove, a full sized refrigerator, a pantry, and a washing machine.

In addition to the outdoor grill and an outdoor dining area, which overlooks a panoramic view of olives trees and vineyards, the property has a communal wood burning pizza oven as well as a small functional gym with new equipment (una palestra).
